Subprocessors

To deliver iiCaptain we use a small number of suppliers that process personal data. This is the complete list. A supplier not listed here receives no personal data.
Before a new subprocessor starts processing, we announce it on this page and by email to customers with a data processing agreement at least 30 days in advance. If you object to a new subprocessor, you can cancel your subscription before the start date.

Data processing agreement
Where a club, association or foundation runs teams in iiCaptain, that organisation is the controller for its members' data and we are the processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for that situation.
The agreement covers the subject matter and duration of the processing, our obligation to act on instructions, confidentiality, security measures, the use of the subprocessors on this page, assistance with data subject requests and breaches, and return or deletion afterwards.
Request the agreement at support@iicaptain.app with your organisation's name and the teams involved. We will send it for signature.
The text of the data processing agreement is reviewed by a lawyer before signature.
