Delete your iiCaptain account

You can delete your iiCaptain account and its personal data at any time. Choose whichever way suits you.

In the iiCaptain app

Open the app, go to Me, choose Delete My Account and confirm.

On the web

Sign in at iiCaptain, open Profile Settings from your account menu, choose Delete My Account and confirm.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email iicaptain@rthw.nl from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm once it is done.

If you own or pay for a team

While other members still have an account on a team you own or pay for, hand the team over to another admin first. If you are the last one, the team and its data are deleted together with your account.

What happens to your data

Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days. Encrypted backups may keep a copy for up to 90 days for disaster recovery. Details are in our privacy policy.
